While he has not yet received a watch, Reefa said he would not think twice if the “Bawse” presented one to him.

“[laughs] Nah, I don’t know, I ain’t seen Ross yet so I don’t know if he’s got a watch for me,” Reefa laughingly told SOHH when asked if he is one of the lucky contributors to receive a decked-out watch. “I would definitely [accept the watch]. Definitely. Ross is the homie. I’ve been builidng a relationship with him for a little while now. I would definitely accept the watch.” (SOHH)

Reports claim Ricky Rozay’s unexpected boss move stemmed from the success of his chart-topping LP.

According to our sources, Ross hit up jeweler Rafaello & Co in NYC last week and dropped a cool $250k total on six watches for a few of the artists who appeared on his album “Mastermind.” Among the lucky recipients of an Audemars Piguet watch: DJ Khaled, Meek Mill and Wale. We’re told Ross picked out the watches himself and had the cash wired to the store. (TMZ)

According to reports, Ricky Rozay’s new LP toppled its competition with nearly 180,000 sold copies in week one.

Rapper Rick Ross collects his fifth No. 1 album on the Billboard 200, as “Mastermind” arrives atop the list. The set sold 179,000 copies in the week ending March 9, according to Nielsen SoundScan. While it starts with slightly fewer sales than his last album — 2012’s “God Forgives, I Don’t” launched at No. 1 with 218,000 — the first-week sales for “Mastermind” are about on par with Ross’ usual debut frames. On the new Mastermind album, Reefa unites French Montana and the Bawse on “What A Shame.”

Over the last five years, Reefa has clocked heavy studio time with the new titans on the scene – French Montana, Troy Ave, Chinx Drugz, Maino and the biggest boss of them all, Rick Ross. His contribution to Ross’s most recent LP was a gritty, hard-hitting NYC-style track called “What A Shame” featuring French Montana. (Press Release)
