Rap star Rick Ross will headline the "Holiday Winter Wonderland" charity event this month in his home state of Florida in an effort to give back in this holiday season.
The Carol City-bred emcee’s Rick Ross Charities, Inc has teamed with 34 Ways Foundation to provide hundreds of families this holiday season with a variety of gifts and presents. Food will also be distributed to children and families from the Miami area.
Joined by NFL New Orleans Saints Michael McKenzie along with other special guests, Ross will help showcase an action packed day filled with various activities, games, toys, entertainment and special treats.
The Holiday Winter Wonderland is scheduled to take place Monday, December 22 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Miami Gardens’ Scott Park.
In related news, the Southern rapper recently signed an exclusive agreement with Hollywood Collectibles‘ Rich Altman offering fans the opportunity to purchase personalized memorabilia.
"Rich is a class act, he got [NBA legend] Bill Russell, what else can I say," Ross said in a statement. "It’s his integrity that got me involved, I’m a business man. Rich is a business man. They got some big ideas over there, we even talking about a huge public signing event in Dade County, real soon, I do it big!"
