Although fans may be upset, the promotors said they completely understand Ross’ situation.

Ross’s Saturday night (October 22) show in Los Angeles has been rescheduled to January 2012. The promoters of the show tell TMZ that the decision to move the gig was a mutual agreement by both parties. “Pushing [Ross] to do a show that he was not prepared to do was not beneficial to anyone,” the promoters admit. The “B.M.F (Blowin Money Fast)” rapper has also backed out of a homecoming performance at Georgia State University, which was set for Friday (October 21). (BET)

Last weekend, the “Boss” canceled a North Carolina appearance in light of his medical condition.

Rick Ross pulled out of a scheduled concert in Greensboro, NC on Saturday night, citing health concerns a day after reportedly suffering seizures on two different flights. A spokesperson for the Greensboro Coliseum Complex tells Fox affiliate WGHP that the rapper canceled less than an hour before the NC A&T homecoming concert was set to begin. The Greensboro concert went on as schedued, with DJ Khaled and Marsha Ambrosius on the bill. Ross’ next scheduled performance is Friday, Oct. 21 at The Tabernacle in Atlanta. Two days later, he’s slotted to perform along with Busta Rhymes at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. (Billboard)

Miami’s DJ Khaled has promised to stick by the “Boss'” side as he recovers from the two seizures.

“I am not leaving his side. He is resting, he is chilling and he is actually super focused. He is at the crib and is going to rest and just chill until he gets his energy back. He is going to take everything one day by day,” Khaled said in an interview. “I told him he has to stay home for two weeks. I told him he has got to just chill and reIax. I told him he is a big enough star that he can just stay home. His life is more important…When he went in the hospital that was a reality check. I’m trying to tell him, but he’s telling me, ‘Khaled you ain’t got to tell me no more, I understand clearly I got to take my life seriously.'” (Global Grind)

Ross’ first seizure took place while aboard a plane last Friday.

Rick Ross is unconscious and paramedics are desperately trying to resuscitate him. Rick was on a flight going from Ft. Lauderdale to Memphis today, when the rapper lost consciousness. The plane was forced to make an emergency landing. Emergency workers tell us the call came in at 12:55 PM ET … the caller reported a seizure. Ross is currently on a gurney at the airport, and an eyewitness tells us EMT workers are administering CPR. Members of Rick’s entourage are standing by, some of them extremely emotionally upset.
