Ray J Finally Brings Out His Kim Kardashian Clone [Video]

R&B singer Ray J may not be ready to confess his "I Hit It First" is a subliminal message directed at ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian but he did inch a bit closer by bringing the music video's look-alike out this week.

Ray J invaded BET’s “106 & Park” show Wednesday (May 22) and unveiled the Kim K clone.

Ray J enlisted a Kim Kardashian look-alike for his controversial video for “I Hit It First.” During his appearance on “106 & Park” on Wednesday, the R&B singer brought his leading lady Luba with him. The audience chanted, “Bring her out! Bring her out!” before she walked on set. Bow Wow gave the model a hug, but when he went to ask Ray J about her striking similarity to his ex, Ray cut him off. He wouldn’t say Kim’s name when asked who the song is about. “The song is about something I did. I try not to go so hard with the record ’cause it’s self-explanatory,” said Ray J. “There’s other relationships that I’ve been in too, just not as popular as others that I’ve dealt with.” (Rap-Up)

Last month, Ray said he had no concerns about possible backlash from Kim K and boyfriend Kanye West.

“I’m not thinking about that,” Ray said in an interview when asked for his take on Kanye not responding back to him. “We didn’t do this record to get a response from nobody. Like, we did this record for people to go to iTunes, pick the record up, when you hear it in the club, you go crazy. If you want to pop it on your iTunes that’s in your phone and have a crazy conversation about what it is, that’s what we did it for. We run an independent company and we having fun. … The thing about it is I’m not saying anything to nobody. The record speaks for itself. The record is so over-the-top that for us to go into the interviews and go crazy over some sh*t, it’s too much. It’s distasteful.” (“Street Sweepers Radio”)

The singer recently denied having any ill feelings toward Mr. West.

“Yeah, he’s a great dude,” Ray said in an interview when asked if he had ever met Ye before. “I have nothing but respect. Even in these interviews I don’t really go into a lot of detail about that situation because it’s not my place to. For me it’s staying focused on the concept at hand and to me that’s Ray J, that’s this wild lifestyle that we live and the experiences that we have within this lifestyle.” (The Boom Box)

Ray’s “I Hit It First” collaborator Bobby Brackins recently talked to SOHH about the music video.

“We made “I Hit It First” probably last August. We were in the studio and just working on new music and basically me and Ray J did that song last August and it took up until now for the whole song to come out. We made the song a while ago and it just finally came out. We got together and did the whole thing in the studio. We did this at my boy [producer] Nic – Nac’s house about last August. When we made it, we knew it had the potential to be a really big song. It took a while to get it out but it’s because they wanted to make sure it impacted right. They just wanted to make sure that everything was set-up properly for the song. We knew it had the potential to be a big song so we didn’t want to just throw it out there and see what happens. We wanted to make sure all of the bases were covered. The music video was hella fun. I had a bunch of my homegirls come. We were just having a good time, chilling. It was a nice sunny day. Everyone was excited about the song, so the music video was fun, creating and trying to have fun and making sure everything came out right.” (SOHH Singled Out)

  1. These fuckboys are talking about adding on Carmelo already, they face a little adversity for the first time all season and now they are ready to stack on even more talented star athletes.

    • After watching Game 4…..and 3 ….Tell me something. How are They Stacked?? U Must b a Butthurt Knicks Fan …..Cause From where i was Seated Wade clearly Isn’t Wade nomo and Bosh really??? Go back look at Wade and Bosh and come and Tell me How Miami Stacked lol

      • So this is your logic? Because they are losing that proves they aren’t stacked. What??? I think 4 straight trips to the Finals since the big 3 era says otherwise. Wade still has all his talent, actually improving his jumpshot, the only concern for Wade is health and will he be available. You didn’t say anything about Bosh so we’ll skip over him.

Miami Heat is just running into a better overall team, who actually plays team ball instead of relying on individual talent. Spurs seem to have solved their defense as well and Boris Diaw is a main part of it. Against any other team in the league we might as well hand Miami the trophy but against the Spurs, they are showing the benefits to building a team from the ground up and developing them. Look at how much better Kwahi Leonard has gotten, he keeps this level of play up he could be Finals MVP and an Allstar.

        • All that Writing Doesn’t prove Shit You a Butthurt fan Who cares Im not a Heat Fan and idgaf who They Get I still Believe They can be Beaten and Stacked my Ass Spurs now That’s Stacked stop bitching your Knicks are in Good Hands

          • Lil East stfu your name is a cum wad, you a jerk swallow repeat ass jig. Tim Duncan is the only top 10 draft pick on the Spurs. Player development, great coach, and players that know there roles that’s it… Spurs not a stack team like the microwave intant popcorn championship flavor Miami Heat.

          • Cum and swallow ?? Why all the Gay Talk bitch Nigga ….Spurs not Stacked How Dumb Can u be Just Cause your not a Top 10 pick Doesn’t mean u won’t be a Hall of Famer look at Manu a late First rounder i remember watching him Beat Df out of Team USA in 04 and winning a Gold Medal plus he is a Allstar and Look at Parker and late First rounder be Busting ass in French bust lakers ass in 03 and arguably the Best Pg in the World Look at KL FINALS MVP..and 15 overall pick …u saw what he could Do last finals and this finals …..Look at Diaw Former Starter Great Overall Player i remember when he Played for Charlotte he was Averaging Almost 20 a Game …..Don’t get me started on Danny Green or Pat Mills. Or even Spiller ….Like The Fuck i Said Stacked!!!! I GAVE HOW MANY SPURS PLAYERS WITHOUT MENTIONING Duncan. And the Great Coach Pop ……So Do the Same about the Heat without mentioning Lebron …..i bet u can’t so Stfu punk lol
