According to reports, Pusha violated an agreement to not perform at any other Miami hot spots other than Cameo for a period of time.

According to a lawsuit filed in Miami, the rapper agreed to do an appearance at Cameo nightclub on August 16 — and part of the deal banned him from appearing at any other clubs within 30 miles of Miami-Dade County within 15 days … before or after his Cameo gig. (TMZ)

The club claims it lost this amount of money over Pusha T’s move…

Pusha ultimately cost the nightclub over $10,000 in revenue.

So, naturally … Pusha was at Dream Nightclub on August 15 for a celebrity hoops tournament, and Cameo’s calling a foul. They claim Pusha’s double cross — intentional or not — cost them $13,000 in sales … cause who wants to see Pusha T on consecutive nights? Cameo is suing for their lost revenue and more. (TMZ)

Earlier this year, the G.O.O.D. Music star talked about his upcoming King Push solo album.

“It’s in the beginning stages. I’ve been in with Pharrell and Chad and I was in Miami for a little while, so any producer that was down there I would try to link up with in between time with The Neptunes, just to see what everybody got. But I think everybody’s gonna be really happy with this album. I’m really taking my time with it. I’m not forcing any of this music; it has to live up to the title ‘King Push.'” (Montreality)

Pusha recently revealed his interest in securing mega producer Scott Storch for the project.

“We did a joint with the Clipse called ‘Fast Life.’ And I just think–I came over here honestly simply because I feel like music is coming back [into] musicality. And people who are really skilled with it. On the keyboards. And sounds, it’s like sophisticated. And I mean, who else is better at sophisticated music than Scott Storch?” (“Mikey T The Movie Star”)
