The singer also said that she’s in the midst of a bidding war with several record labels.

“I can’t give you no scoop, but right now it’s four labels vying for my attention,” she said in an interview. “I got a lot big things in the works and I haven’t touched on my Vh1 show. I can’t talk too much about that, but the girl will be on fire this summer. I’m about to be shutting a lot of people down, I’m excited. I just gave you the best insight, I told you it was on Vh1. [Laughs] You probably thought I was going to be on the Food Network channel or something. Nah, I can’t tell you [more details than] that, I’m under contract. [Laughs]” (Hip Hop DX)

Rapper/Actor Master P previously spoke with SOHH about taking his “No Excuses” television project to VH1 last year.

“Well, the thing about it is, I was able to do this in conjunction with Better Black TV, so VH1 wanted to do something different, the president of the company was real eager, he wanted to do something different and that made a difference in people’s lives,” P explained. “The people I worked with they felt this would be a good fit. I’m always doing stuff that’s out of the box and this is a show you wouldn’t normally see on a network like VH1. I think I will change the game with this show to where VH1 audience will start looking at it and saying ‘Wow, okay, these guys have other options to offer, this is new.’ You ain’t expecting to see a show like this on VH1. With the economy, I think people want better and I think with VH1, they want better, I think it was a great opportunity for both of us and it was a great opportunity for me to co-brand my television network so it’s the best of both worlds.” (SOHH)

Incarcerated rapper DMX is reportedly being sought to appear on VH1’s “Celebrity Rehab” series.

DMX’s attorney, Gary Jenkins, tells TMZ reps for “Rehab” contacted him after X was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly violating his probation by using drugs. Jenkins says the “Rehab” team is considering sending someone to DMX’s next court hearing to speak with the judge — just like Dr. Drew did with Jessica Sierra from “American Idol” — to try and get X placed in their care instead of being locked up. Last week, Olivia talked with SOHH about signing with Rich Dollaz‘s management.

“He’s a character” Olivia told SOHH with a smile. “I love Rich, I’m glad we teamed up. We probably met, I wanna say six or seven months ago. And it feels like I’ve known him my whole life. So it’s a great connection with the both of us, we work very well, I don’t have to tell him what I need done, like, he’ll call me and be on top of it all the time with like interviews and whatever. Most managers don’t talk to their artists on a daily basis and he does that, which is really good.” (SOHH)
