After revealing his battle with pneumonia earlier this month, Earl has now informed fans he is going to stay grounded and not travel.

“THE WORST PART OF PNEUMONIA IS THAT IT WONT F*CKING GO AWAY ITS LIKE DUBSTEP,” he tweeted June 18th.

“IM STILL SICK AND THIS SUCKS A** THAT I CANT MAKE IT TO THESE JULY SHOWS I AM REALLY F*CKING SORRY TO EVERYONE WHO WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO IT,” he tweeted June 25th

Until his health improves, Earl has cancelled all of his European tour dates.

After calling off his recent appearance at Bonnaroo due to pneumonia, Odd Future’s Earl Sweatshirt has cancelled all future dates, also due to illness. His previously scheduled dates are below. UPDATE: These cancellations were announced in error by Earl’s representatives– only Earl’s European tour has been cancelled. Earl made the illustrated announcement today on Twitter. (Pitchfork)

Earlier this month, Earl said his new Doris album would arrive in July.

In town to perform the Australian leg of their ‘EarlWolf’ tour, we sat down with Tyler, the Creator and Earl Sweatshirt to talk new music, upcoming tours and when we can expect the release of Earl’s much-anticipated album ‘Doris.’ Speaking exclusively with MTV Australia, the Los Angeles-based rapper revealed that after months of delays, fans can finally expect the record this July. “I’m wrapping everything up so it’s coming out in July,” Earl said. “I can’t wait for this sh*t to come out already so I can finally exhale.” “You heard it here [on MTV] first,” Tyler added. “End of July!” (MTV Australia)

Music producer Kehinde Hassan, of music-making duo Christian Rich, recently talked about working on his new LP.

“I won’t say too much about the album because we did a lot of stuff on there, not even just production, but I don’t want to give away all his secrets. One thing I can say is that I know I saw the opportunity for Pharrell Williams to work on there, and I was like “Well, listen, I’ll get Chad and Pharrell together. And you should do a couple records with them. Literally, when the call happened I was in Berlin. We flew back in the day of the session and it was one of the most incredible moments because that’s how, there’s a song out circulating called “Burgundy” That’s how that song came about.” (Billboard)
