Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West came through on his "Ellen DeGeneres Show" appearance this week and delved into his love for baby North West and what impact his five-month-old has had on him.
According to Mr. West, Nori will be exposed to the “real” world and not sheltered from dicey facets like cursing.
“Just being super focused, even more determined to get these ideas across and establish the exact foundation I want for my family. I’m not as concerned about the idea of profanity or nudity, it’s more the messaging behind it. She’s gonna be in the real world, and she’s gonna hear things and see things, and I think she’s gonna be prepared for them.” (“Ellen DeGeneres Show”)
Last week, Kanye dipped out of a celebration for actor Leonardo DiCaprio to take Nori to a doctor’s appointment in Los Angeles.
Kanye West clearly has new priorities … leaving an epic birthday party for Leo DiCaprio in NYC and flying all night back to L.A. for North West’s doctor’s appointment. We’re told Kanye and Kim landed just before 6 AM … and rushed home where Kanye picked up Nori and headed to the doctor’s office in Bev Hills. FYI … guess who didn’t go? Mama K was otherwise engaged. The kid’s fine. It was just a routine baby visit. Maybe it’ll impress the judge in the assault case. (TMZ)
Recently, North West was reportedly pampered with high-fashion gear courtesy of Givenchy and Alexander Wang.
Baby North West – the baby of rapper Kanye West and Kim Kardashian is blessed by fashion at a very young age. It has only been three months that she has stepped into this world but being Kimye’s baby has its own benefits as Nori now officially owns a custom made Givenchy dress! Her socialite mommy shared pictures of numerous designer clothes that she and Kanye had been gifted during their time at Paris Fashion Week. The dresses, some of them really big for Nori at this age, are all by famous designers including Alexander Wang, Lanvin and Givenchy. What Kim Kardashian loved the most is an Alexander Wang black sleeveless leather dress. (International Business Times)
Although brief in discussing Kim, Ye recently credited the reality superstar for giving him a family.
“Family time. It’s what Kim gave me. She gave me everything. She gave me a family. She gave me a support system,” Kanye said when asked if he takes time for himself away from always working. “She was in a powerful enough situation where she could love me without asking me for money, which is really hard for me to find.” (BBC Radio 1)
