Music star Kanye West and wife Kim Kardashian have something to brag about after watching their daughter North West take her first steps, and swimming lessons, this week.
Kim K jumped onto her social media outlets to share the big news to millions of fans.
That’s right. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s daughter reached another milestone Wednesday (July 23) night: she took those all-important first steps. The proud mother took to Instagram to share a photo of her holding and kissing her daughter, who is swaddled in a yellow towel. “Our baby girl finished one week of swimming lessons today then took her 1st steps right when she got out of the pool!!!! Mommy & Daddy are so proud of you!!!!,” she wrote as the congratulatory caption. (MTV)
Almost immediately after the photo went viral, it received over 600,000 likes.
The proud father was nowhere to be seen in the picture, but the GQ cover man was definitely there to see his princess walk as Kim made sure to give him photo credit. “Photo cred: Daddy,” she added. The adorable photo already has over 600,000 likes. (MTV)
Aside from the joys of being a mom to her one-year-old, Kim K recently revealed just how much she loves to cuddle.
“I love being a mom! It’s the most rewarding feeling! I really love every phase! Just the way my daughter laughs with me, all of the small things in life you appreciate!,” Kim said in an interview. “My absolute favorite thing is taking a nap with her. The 37-year-old and his newlywed bride Kim Kardashian, 33, earlier this month celebrated the first birthday of daughter North who has the cute nickname Nori. Kanye had his daughter close to his heart with the necklace that stood out against his long-sleeved bright white crewneck shirt.
