Did you encourage her to take a more natural approach with her look over the past year?
I can influence her style, of course, but she needs to feel comfortable in what she’s wearing. Lately, it’s been about a classic and natural look, which suits her personality, now that she’s in the spotlight more than ever before. With her new look, I think people will see her more as an artist and listen to her music in a different way, in order to see her for who she is. From my perspective, she’s an incredible woman. She’s very smart, brave, and very funny!
What are some things you’ve seen in her that you haven’t seen in other artists?
I think that Nicki is quite unique in the music industry, because she is the number one female rapper in the world. I think her spirituality sets her apart from the others. She has a good soul, believes in God, is a very disciplined hard-worker, and has a strong ambition to succeed. Her style is as unique as her music. It’s as timeless as her voice, and her songs come from the heart. (Complex)

Adrian Peterson has gone from being the NFL’s Most Valuable Player to one of the most notorious over child abuse accusations. He’s finally speaking and everyone’s listening. TMZ is up on it:
Adrian Peterson is finally speaking out — saying he’s a changed man and vows to never, ever hit any of his children with a switc again … in what seems like an obvious ploy to appease NFL Commish Roger Goodell.
The NFL star just gave an interview with USA Today essentially saying he now understands why people are upset at the way he disciplined his 4-year-old son and that he feels terrible about it.
“There’s different situations where a child needs to be disciplined as far as timeout, taking their toys away, making them take a nap. There’s so many different ways to discipline your kids.”
He added, “No one knows how I felt when I turned my child around after spanking him and seeing what I had left on his leg. No one knows that Dad sat there and apologized to him, hugged him and told him that I didn’t mean to do this to you and how sorry I was.” (TMZ)
