Young Money's Nicki Minaj hopped onto her Twitter page heading into the weekend and lashed out at unnamed people throwing shade at this season's "American Idol" competition.
Without warning, Nicki unleashed a flurry of angry tweets focused on the televised show.
“Lol. Be mad @ AMERICA when u get sent home. The JUDGES are the ones who FOUGHT for America to get the opp to VOTE 4 U!!! #memba?,” she tweeted March 29th.
“America r the “potential” fans…u MUST win them over. “Saves” are bullsh*t and they know it. Those girls are just too good this year.”
“Send the judges some flowers and a card. If Curtis didn’t get SAVED, NONE of u get saved! Best male voice of the SEASON!!!!!!!!!!! #TruthTea”

Some websites have speculated an ousted contestant possibly fueled Minaj’s rant.
Nicki tweeted a series of heated tweets Friday evening, directed at no one in particular (thus far) but apparently someone ticked her off regarding the judges role in which contestants stay and who goes. Maybe one of the axed artists is lashing out at Nicki? The “Beauty and the Beat” singer went on to tweet the following messages. We aren’t sure what sparked the latest “American Idol” drama, but Nicki is certainly upset and speaking her mind. This is not Nicki first. (M Starz)
Recently, she talked about joining the star-studded “American Idol” judging panel.
“My best and worst ‘Idol’ moments? I don’t have a worst ‘Idol’ moment. I’ve been spectacular. Yes, I am going to toot my own horn,” she said. “And then my best moment is every single moment. I’ll toot it again. … I feel like my entire career and life, I’ve been judged by people who did not really know me. I definitely think that they probably were right to assume what they had assumed about me, because there was such little to go on out there. I’m just happy that ‘Idol’ producers gave me a shot on the show and to be able to show who I really was, because I feel like I’m every single woman.” (MTV)
Last fall, TLC’s T-Boz had some choice words over the 30 year-old joining the show.
T-Boz doesn’t believe in holding back with her opinions, and she recently sat down with This is Max in London to express her dismay about Nicki Minaj being an American Idol judge. “Just because you’re on TV gyrating and boning and sucking p*nises, it’s not talent, honey. Maybe in the porn industry, but over here, we entertain. I don’t respect half [of] the people I’ve seen lately. How the hell is she gon’ tell me what I should be doing when her azz can’t even sing. Why is she there? And then…now they’ve got rappers that don’t even sing judging? So, this is totally based off of popularity I guess. I mean, to each their own. Get your money, honey.
