Television actress Naya Rivera recently discussed her love for fiancé Big Sean and revealed what social media outlet contributed to her actually meeting the G.O.O.D. Music protégé.
According to reports, Naya and Sean’s romance can all be traced back to Twitter.
The Glee star revealed in the latest issue of Cosmo Latina that she was” bored at work” one day and decided to follow the rapper after he caught her eye in a hot GQ magazine spread. Big Sean – who’s real name is Sean Michael Anderson – was out of the country but alerted to the fact she decided to follow him by some of her million-plus followers on the social media site. And fortunately for Naya, Sean’s assistant – who is Puerto Rican like the 27-year-old actress – was a fan of Glee and alerted him to the fact that Naya was now a follower, even though he was unaware of her TV star status. “She told him, ‘I’m Puerto Rican, she’s Puerto Rican; it sounds like you’d have so much fun with her,'” Rivera told the magazine. The rapper then checked out an episode of Glee and apparently liked what he saw because he responded with a private message. And the rest as they say is history. (RumorFix)
Although he would not reveal the exact date, Sean recently promised they knew when their big wedding day would go down.
“Appreciate that, the boy’s growing up,” Sean said when congratulated about his engagement. “[Everyone’s into our relationship], yeah, man, that’s crazy. Yeah, that’s a great time though, shout-out to umm – have we set a wedding date? Yeah. Yeah. [Any hints?] Nah, that’s for us to know, you know.” (Rap-Up TV)
Details of their unexpected engagement flooded the Internet in early October.

Over the summer, Rivera revealed they had their very first date at an Italian restaurant.
“We met a while ago and we went to this little Italian restaurant for our first date,” she revealed. “[How long have we been official?] I don’t know, you should ask him. [laughs] He’s really supportive of the character that I play [on ‘Glee’]. Everyday when we go out, he sees fans come up [to me] and I tell him stories about people thanking me for playing this character; this helps them come out to their friends and family.
