Maybach Music Group’s Meek Mill has stepped forward to throw a few shots at Slaughterhouse’s Joe Budden for criticizing his relationship with hip-hop girlfriend Nicki Minaj.
Meek lashed out at Budden on Twitter early Saturday (July 4).

Budden has since come forward to downplay the speculated feud’s seriousness.
Earlier in the week, Budden singled Meek out over his publicized romance with Minaj in a podcast.
Recently, Meek talked about the attention his relationship with Nicki had sparked this year.
“I never been out with my relationships. I ain’t really into the media stuff and all that, but that’s what comes with it because we celebrities. I don’t get that with that type of stuff. I come from the trap. There ain’t no media there.” (Hot 97)
In a recent The FADER cover story, Mill denied asking Minaj for her hand in marriage.
“It’s definitely real,” he said of his and Nicki’s highly scrutinized relationship, “but it ain’t really time to get married yet. We’re still learning each other, feeling each other out.” (The FADER)
