Meek Mill Says Save The Date, Pencils In Sophomore LP Release

Maybach Music Group member Meek Mill is going to keep fans waiting a little bit longer after revealing his delayed Dreams Worth More Than Money album will come out later this summer. #SaveTheDate

Barring any changes, Meek’s highly-anticipated follow-up to 2012’s Dreams & Nightmare debut will arrive September 9.

Meek broke down the meaning behind his new album a few weeks ago.

“‘Cause the dreams is worth more than money. At first we was doing it for the love of the money. Gotta make some m’s but now you know we got the money. Well, I got the money, and right now my other n*ggas is trying to touch them m’s too.” (HHS1987)

The Philadelphia native also dished on a few big name collaborations he had on deck.

“The hottest n*ggas in the game. Trying to get [Jay Z] on my sh*t, Rihanna on my sh*t, Drake on my sh*t, whoever the best. Kendrick. I want to spit with the best and only work with the best of the best. And the people that f*ck with me. If I don’t f*ck with you then I don’t want to do no song with you. If you don’t f*ck with me I don’t wanna do no song with you. F*ck you. That’s how we rocking.” (HHS1987)

Earlier this year, Meek revealed his long-awaited solo album’s title.

Titled Dreams Worth More Than Money, the new album will be hitting shelves this summer, according to Meek, who was alongside his MMG captain during his Mastermind spectacular held at the Hollywood and Highland Center in Los Angeles. The announcement of the new album arrives as the Philly rapper has been teasing fans with an upcoming track called “She Don’t Know,” which features Ty Dolla $ign. (REVOLT TV)
