Jailed rapper Max B has come forward to speak out on G.O.O.D. Music boss Kanye West naming his upcoming solo album, Waves, this week.

Max phoned into New York radio station Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club” to address the viral chatter which has come from Ye’s new album title.

“Nah, not really. It’s love, it’s all love. I appreciate it, I’m flattered dude is even acknowledging the situation, it’s all gravy. Everybody knows I’m an innovator, everybody knows I got an imagination, I come up with these words and these slogans and these catchphrases and it’s all good. When the people follow suit, it’s all good. I appreciate it. I love it. Thank-you. We don’t have a relationship, I never met him. I feel like he got it from the atmosphere and the atmosphere got it from me. It’s all good. I feel that’s what art’s about. We take things from each other – it’s all good. He ain’t drop a diss record, he just called his album Waves.” (“The Breakfast Club”)

Max B enthusiast Wiz Khalifa pleaded with Kanye to reconsider the Waves album title.
