Young Money president Mack Maine is reportedly responsible for helping broker a phone conversation between one-time rivals Cash Money CEO Birdman and protégé Lil Wayne.
According to reports, Maine arranged a call between Wayne and Bird two hours prior to them hooking up at a Miami party last week.
The 2 discussed their conflict over Young Money and the millions Birdman allegedly owes his protegee. Our sources say both Wayne and Birdman have strong feelings about burying the hatchet. That said, we’re told Wayne will not move to dismiss his lawsuit unless and until they reach an agreement. (TMZ)
Miami’s DJ Khaled re-posted up a shot of Tunechi and Baby together with Young Money’s Drake on Instagram a few days ago.
Despite speculation about Wayne wanting off Cash Money, YMCMB’s Drake posted up a picture of himself and the duo partying last week on his Instagram page.
Reports claimed the party went down on New Year’s Eve in Miami.
A shocking end to 2015 … Birdman and Lil Wayne partied together at Drake’s New Year’s Eve bash! The crew raged in Miami at E11even nightclub. It’s hugely significant … Lil Wayne has been on the Birdman attack for more than a year, claiming Daddy screwed him out of millions of dollars. Wayne sued Birdman to fly the Cash Money coup. (TMZ)
He’s a fool If he let’s this lawsuit go before the check clears……
Im thinking BM realizes that he has no other source of income after Drake and Nicki choose to not resign with him. He better get the one person stupid enough to stay.
He has lost flagship artists before and replaced them. Back home we thought that they wouldn’t last without UNLV. The rest is history.
maybe they can come to an agreement without a lawsuit
