While Dr. Dre and Eminem have not yet contributed to the project, the “Punch Line King” said he recruited The J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League for the album.

“I got a kid named Cardiac who did about 3 or 4 joints. I also did a record with Nipsey Hu$$le, J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League but I make a lot of my music at my home and a lot of the music is there. Sometimes it’s just easier to get music done with new producers. They are there whenever we need them. But I’m not finished recording yet, and I got a few major surprises.” (VIBE)

Earlier this week, Banks said there could be a possibility of recording material with Kanye West.

“That’s my problem now is having too many records,” Banks explained in an interview about his upcoming Hunger For More 2 album. “It’s definitely not a problem with not having enough. But I definitely want to get in — hopefully we can get in there with Kanye [West] too. You never know what’ll come out. ‘On Fire’ was the last record I recorded [for Hunger For More] but it was the first single I released, so, sometimes its works that way. I don’t want to cut my own self off until the deadline hits. You never know what’s gonna happen.” (Trace TV)

As far as guest spots, Banks has already confirmed working with Raekwon and Styles P on the new LP.

“As far as features go, of course, 50 Cent is on the project, Tony Yayo is on the project,” Banks revealed in an interview. “I got Raekwon on a joint, I just spoke to him. Just spoke to Styles P, waiting on that back. Nipsey Hussle and a few other things that’s still in the workings. I’m in the tailor end of the project right now. Just waiting for the features to get back and seeing who’s a good fit then the next week or so, I’ll have a more realistic list of what they can expect from HFM2.” (Civilized Talk)

Last month, Banks shared his thoughts on dropping the same date as Nicki Minaj‘s Pink Friday and a week after Kanye West drops his scheduled untitled album.

“I wouldn’t say it’s going up against them,” Banks told radio host Jenny Boom Boom about releasing his album around the same dates as Nicki Minaj and Kanye West’s new albums. “But I’m definitely going to get mine. November 23rd, HFM2. It’s different fanbases to be honest. My first album came out in 2004, so I got people following me from then and prior to that since the G-Unit album, so it dates back further. And at the same time, I’m trying to generate new fans. That’s the challenge. In any order [Tony Yayo and 50 Cent’s albums will drop.] It’s all money [and] really ain’t no rush, whichever project is done first. [Yayo] is working, so you can definitely expect a Tony Yayo album early next year as well as the 50 Cent album.” (Jenny Boom Boom TV)

The Hunger For More 2 is scheduled to drop Tuesday, November 23rd.
