Details of the unexpected situation Weezy F. Baby is now dealing with surfaced online Monday (July 7).

The suit claims the company that owned the website sold it to Wayne’s Young Money label in 2011 for $600,000. But there were strings attached … if Wayne’s Young Money didn’t make the payments on time, YM would forfeit the name youngmoney.com and it would go back to the seller. Wayne’s company hasn’t paid the $250K balance it owes and is blatantly blowing off its obligation … according to the lawsuit. So the seller is suing to get its domain name back. (TMZ)

Outside of legal woes, Wayne recently talked about putting out a couple albums in the near future.

“This year, not only will I be dropping Tha Carter V — I’m dropping two albums,” Wayne said in a video. “This year, looking forward to two albums from me because I been out the game for a second. … Honestly, the reason why it became two albums is because I went to work on Tha Carter V and I don’t stop working. So it’s either Carter V would be 93 songs, or we’re gonna have to figure this out.” (Weezy Wednesdays)

Recently, Cash Money head Birdman gave his personal co-sign for Wayne’s upcoming Carter V album.

“Jus leavin tha studio with my son C5. is AMAZIN ALBUM.Mula diff tha best rapper alive.Richgang YMCMB,” Baby tweeted June 13. (Baby’s Twitter)

Recently, Lil Wayne spoke on NBA star Kobe Bryant coming up with the idea of promoting his new LP as “Carter V Season” this spring.

“Carter V Season” was all Kobe. He came up with it. I saw that and thought, That’s dope as hell, so that’s what we’re calling the [album] campaign. I thanked him. Then we thought about Floyd. … Tha Carter V is about growth, flat-out. My thoughts are wiser. I still say what I want to say — it just sounds better and makes more sense. That all comes with growth and maturity.” (ESPN)
