The youngest member of Weezy’s Young Money label released the track heading into the weekend.

Take a break from listening to the Yeezus leak and tune in to Lil Wayne’s daughter, Reginae Carter’s, song “Daddy’s Little Girl.” Reginae sings about how her dad will never leave even though she drives him crazy, and how he’s taught her some real life lessons. She just graduated from middle school last month. Reginae and Bria Williams, Birdman’s daughter, released a novel on June 4 titled Paparazzi Princesses. Reginae sings in auto-tune for most of the song, and even spits some bars towards the end. (Complex)

Recently, Reginae talked about having Wayne as a father while Cash Money head Birdman’s daughter Bria gushed over him.

What is it like to have a hip-hop star for a dad? RC: There are some major advantages. Just the fact that you can go to awards shows and meet people in the industry that you look up to. Red carpets are so fun! BW: It’s cool, because I see my dad on stage performing, and it’s like, “Wow, that’s my dad.” RC: I am a big, huge fan of Rihanna and I met her a couple of weeks ago at her concert, and then she followed me on Instagram! She’s so cool. I love her. (Teen Vogue)

Earlier this year, Wayne confirmed his daughter is signed to Young Money.

“Yup,” Wayne said in an interview when asked if his daughter is really signed to Young Money. “I’d expect my daughter to be the bigger person in that situation — I can’t change nobody’s personal opinion. I can’t change nobody’s personal view. I can just keep doing what I do and keep putting food on the table for my family and that’s what I’m going to do no matter what.” (99 Jamz)

A few days ago, Weezy F. Baby admitted he could not wait to retire so he could spend more time with his family.

“Yes, very true,” Wayne said when asked if his retirement plans are still on deck. “I want to retire after Tha Carter V which I hope will be my last album. My next album’s not Tha Carter V because I think I have to work on other albums as well with my pop, Birdman, and things like that. But after Tha Carter V, I hope I can retire. [laughs] … [I’ll be able to do] things like spend quality time with my kids.” (“The Jimmy Kimmel Show”)
