Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne's ex-girlfriend Toya Carter Wright is reportedly putting in work to land herself and husband Mickey "Memphitz" Wright their own reality television show.
If all goes accordingly, this will make Toya’s third time on a reality television series.

Sources tells us … Toya’s filming a new pilot with her rapper husband Mickey Wright (a.k.a Memphitz) … called “Mickey and Toya: The Wright Way” … which will follow the newlyweds as they launch a new biz — and try to stay married. It’s not Toya’s first go at reality TV … she previously starred in “Tiny and Toya” (on BET) and “Toya: A Family Affair” (also on BET). Last year, Toya killed hype and speculation suggesting she had another baby on the way.
Toya Wright has been on Twitter long enough to know that posting a picture of a baby bump will cause people to assume you’re pregnant! Wright was previously married to rapper Lil Wayne and has one child, 13-year old Reginae. She since remarried last year to A&R executive Memphitz Wright. Despite the picture making its rounds Toya admits to theybf.com that she did not post the picture and it’s indeed old (13 years old??) – and she’s not pregnant. This is why people should be more careful about posting pictures online – it’s open to any and everybody – forever! (Dime Wars)
Back in 2011, she talked to SOHH about her daughter’s relationship with Weezy.
“Yes, Reginae is very talented,” Toya told SOHH. “She is very talented, smart and wise beyond her years. And I know Wayne feels the same way, that she’s a star. [Her future?] It’s really whatever she wants to do. She’s been doing music with her dad lately. As long as she’s doing what she has to do in school and making good grades, I’ll support anything else.” (SOHH)
Around April 2011, she opened up on her personal bond with the rap star.
“I’m not around him like that so I don’t really know, but when I do see him he’s cool. He seems like he’s got his business mind on straight. He’s been with his kids a lot lately. And that’s all that matters, to me, is his relationship with his kids, his daughter. The rest is history.” (VIBE)
