Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne‘s publicized tour bus shooting may have reportedly stemmed from his Georgia concert the same night.
According to reports, Wayne’s negative interaction with Atlanta concertgoers could have been the source of the shooting.
Sources in Compound Nightclub this weekend say Weezy got into it with several people in the crowd. It’s unclear what was said to spark the dispute, but we’re told Wayne was hot as fish grease during part of his performance. We’re told club security eventually booted the hecklers, but just to be safe … Wayne got extra protection while leaving the club and getting onto his tour bus. (TMZ)
Following reports about Wayne dodging gunfire, Young Money protégé Lil Twist assured fans he would be alongside Weezy for a Louisville concert Sunday (April 26).

Recently, G-Unit’s Young Buck dished on a recent sit-down he had with Wayne.
“My conversation with Wayne was strictly away from any conversation about music. I don’t have a music conversation for Lil Wayne at this point, because I’m more concerned and excited about speaking to him as a person. That’s my brother, you understand what I’m sayin’, and I tell him there’s really no wrong he can do in my eyes. All I want for him to do, whatever you’re doing, just make sure you do it from a happy standpoint, because there’s nothing worse than making moves and doing it from an unhappy perspective, because then you’re left to deal with the repercussions of your own actions.” (XXL Mag)
