It’s a little bit hard juggling everything. I would say I don’t get as much downtime as I used to but I like it. I like staying busy. It’s fun for me. I like making music and being on MTV shows. I’m doing things that I love.

I actually like what I’m doing so I don’t mind being busy doing it.

I’ve always done music. That’s been my whole life. That’s been my passion from when I was a little girl. I started rapping when I was a teenager. I made a MySpace Music page.

That’s how I met Rob Dyrdek. He first met me as a musician and when he initially asked me to be on “Fantasy House” he asked me to be on one episode and said I could be a receptionist and rap on it and everybody would be able to see me rap on TV.

I agreed and I was like, “Why not? I love ‘Rob & Big.'” I did one episode and it did really well. Rob and MTV asked me to be on more episodes and I kind of got onto the show and ended up on the show while in the process of pursuing my music career.

The show really put me in the spotlight and created a fan base but it also put a persona that I think is a little bit different from who I am in real life. I felt that was a little bit of a setback for my music. But it’s all good.

I pushed through onto meeting Lil Wayne. He actually heard my music before I started modeling for Trukfit. So that happened after he heard my music. Music had led me into everything else that I’m doing. That’s what a lot of people don’t know.
