Although there is no word on when the ink dried, Young Money President Mack Maine promised great things will come from Weezy F. Baby’s daughter.

Young Money is keeping it in the family. Lil Wayne’s daughter, Reginae Carter, has officially joined the roster. The 14-year-old singer, who was formally in the OMG Girlz, is now signed to the same label as her famous father. “Wayne’s daughter, Reginae, is actually signed to Young Money now,” YoungMoney president Mack Maine told Rap-Up TV on the red carpet at Cash Money’s Pre-Grammy Party. You can expect big things from Young Money’s youngest signee. “Just expect greatness. She’s Toya [Wright’s] daughter and Wayne’s daughter, so that’s a great combination. She’s a megastar.” (Rap-Up)

A couple years ago, Wayne’s ex-wife Toya Carter spoke to SOHH about Reginae making music with the rap star.

“Yes, Reginae is very talented,” Toya told SOHH. “She is very talented, smart and wise beyond her years. And I know Wayne feels the same way, that she’s a star. [Her future?] It’s really whatever she wants to do. She been doing music with her dad lately. As long as she’s doing what she has to do in school and making good grades, I’ll support anything else.” (SOHH)

A year prior, Weezy’s manager Cortez Bryant described the youngster as a multi-talented artist.

“Reginae is just a star,” Cortez said in an interview. “She wants to be singer, an actress, she does it all. A great personality. She takes after him. He’s going to nurture whatever she wants to do. He’s supporting her in anything that she wants to do. So, if she says she wants to sing, I know that Wayne is going to do everything in his power and help her fulfill that dream, and I’m going to be right there to nurture it.” (Celebrity Access)

Last summer, newly signed teen singer Torion Sellers talked to SOHH about joining the Young Money family.

“My manager had found Young Money and from there, it was about two or three weeks until I flew out to Miami to audition. I remember I flew out to Miami to audition and Lil Wayne just accepted me. From there, I auditioned for Birdman and Mack Maine after that. Mostly, they told the whole Young Money family about me and they decided to accept me as the new member of Young Money. I love this hype. It’s great and loving to have someone like [Lil Wayne] around. Lil Wayne is such a great artist and I just appreciate everything that he’s done for me and accepting me in the Young Money family. It’s just a great environment and a great vibe. I am loving the family. I love it. I auditioned, Lil Wayne signed me and now I’m a part of the family.” (SOHH)
