Southern rapper Lil Jon has been announced to appear in the upcoming fourth season of billionaire Donald Trump's "Celebrity Apprentice".

Leaks are flying for the upcoming “Celebrity Apprentice” and Atlanta looks to be represented, courtesy of rapper Lil Jon. TMZ broke the news that Mr. “Get Low” will join steroids-pumped former baseball player Jose Canseco, “Survivor” winner Richard Hatch, supermodel Niki Taylor. Three other names were leaked yesterday: former “View” talker Star Jones, LaToya Jackson and Mark McGrath of Sugar Ray. (Atlanta Journal Constitution)

The rapper will reportedly have the opportunity to win a hefty contract awarded by Trump.

Lil Jon will test his business acumen for the opportunity to win a $250,000 contract as well as the chance to run one of Trump’s companies. His previous business affairs have included launching his own energy drink CRUNK!!! in 2002, a line of Oakley sunglasses in 2004 and Little Jonathan Winery, which produced Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Past competitors on the celebrity editions of ‘The Apprentice’ have included heavyweight boxing champion Lennox Lewis, singer Brian McKnight, socialite Khloe Kardashian and TLC’s Tionne Watkins aka T-Boz. Joan Rivers, Bret Michaels and Piers Morgan have won in prior seasons. (The Boom Box)

Last June, Jon released a new album called Crunk Rock.

Evening things in Top 50 is Lil Jon’s Crunk Rock which debuted at No. 49. With seven days knocked out, Jon’s comeback album has sold 8,900 units. (SOHH Sales Wrap)

He previously talked about the different genres of music on his LP.

“Because there’s so many different kinds of Lil Jons that’s on this album that it’s not just rock and roll,” he added. “You got some rock kind of collaborations, but you got some electro collaborations, you got crunk music, you got dance music, you got all kinds of stuff, Bali funk. We got so many different kinds of collaborations on the album that it changed really into a lifestyle. We live like this.” (MTV)
