While keeping details brief, Boosie said he was given a $400,000 bond.

“First of all, I wanna thank all my fans for supporting me through my trials and tribu-hatin’,” Boosie said in a video. “I wanna thank y’all for that. People probably saw me on the news, it ain’t really that, they gave me a $400,000 bond. I wanna thank all my fans for the support. Shout-out to everybody who helped me down on MySpace and all the haters who were on MySpace, really hatin’ on me and wanna see me in situations even though I’m going through a couple of situations right now, I still won’t get convicted. They really want me convicted so I can’t ride with my tool and all that, but I wanna thank y’all for y’all support. And all my real fans, even my haters my fans. They loved me before they hated. Right haters?” (Trill Entertainment)

The rapper was arrested last month after an incident reportedly took place at his Louisiana home.

Sheriff’s officials say when Boosie and a few others showed up at the house, there was some sort of a confrontation about a man stealing one of Boosie’s necklaces. We’re told that’s when a fight broke out. Fists and possibly even a vase were used in the fight. One man was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. (WAFB News)

He was also arrested last fall for alleged possession of drugs, weapons and resisting an officer in his homestate.

He approached deputies in his Dodge Challenger while on the road in East Baton Rouge Parish around 4 p.m. on Wednesday (October 22). Claiming there was a scent of marijuana coming from the vehicle, authorities reportedly approached Boosie who, in turn, refused to step out of his car and then proceeded to drive away. Stopping him from escaping, Boosie was then arrested by deputies and placed into Parish Prison on counts of marijuana possession, possession of a firearm with a controlled dangerous substance and attempting to run from law enforcement. Aside from legal woes, Boosie has shown support for his community including his recent Easter Bash event.

Young Jeezy made a surprise appearance at Lil Boosie’s Easter Bash on Sunday in Baton Rouge, La. The rappers served food, participated in an Easter egg hunt, and gave away bikes and Nintendo DSs to underprivileged kids and their families. (Rap-Up)
