Only a week after giving birth to her sixth child, a boy named Marley, Lauryn Hill returned to the stage looking better than ever. The former Fugees member traded in her oversized maternity clothes for something a little sexier. During her set at the L.A. Rising Festival at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, Ms. Hill showed some skin in a white bra and floral-print skirt with matching blue coat. She strutted to the stage in a pair of white cutout high-heeled boots baring her legs. That’s one hot mama! (Rap-Up)
Earlier in the week, Hill issued a statement addressing the relationship with her newborn’s father, Rohan Marley.
“Mr. Marley and I have a long and complex history about which MANY inaccuracies have been reported since the beginning,” the statement reads. “To speculate without the facts can only cause people to form WRONG conclusions. We both value privacy and for that reason defend and preserve our right to it. Contrary to the numerous reports, Mr. Marley did not abandon me while pregnant with his child. We have had long periods of separation over the years but our 5 children together remain a joy to both of us. Thank you for your concern and I appreciate all of the well wishes regarding the birth of my new son.” (Statement)

It’s a boy for Lauryn Hill! The singer welcomed her sixth child on Saturday night, July 23rd, a source confirms to Blackcelebkids.com exclusively. “Mother and baby are fine,” says the source, who adds that Hill and family “had a little scare because the baby came out the womb with the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck. Rohan Marley recently denied rumors claiming they separated.
The Everything is Everything singer already has five kids with her longtime beau, Rohan Marley, who recently made headlines for leaving an expectant Lauryn for Brazilian model Isabeli Fontana. But Rohan dismissed these rumors, saying, “Ms. Hill is the mother of my children, whom I have a tremendous amount of love and respect for.
