NBA superstar Kobe Bryant has the Internet going nuts after appearing to unveil the new cover art to Lil Wayne‘s highly-anticipated Tha Carter V solo album.
The Black Mamba jumped onto his Twitter page last night (April 28) and revealed Carter V artwork.

After some initial confusion and speculation, Weezy F. Baby confirmed the art.

Recently, Wayne talked about his upcoming Tha Carter V album and how much money he needed to make another LP.
“25 to 35 million would get me to do another solo album after this,” Weezy told MTV News after taking a deep breath and a second to think out his answer. “I didn’t smile when I said it,” he pointed out to us in an effort to show just how serious he really is. “I personally plan on this being my final solo album, yes and it’s definitely the final Carter album. It’s the final Carter album. It’s stopping at five.” (MTV)
Over summer 2013, Weezy said he saw himself hanging up the microphone after Carter V dropped.
“Yes, very true,” Wayne said when asked if his retirement plans are still on deck. “I want to retire after Tha Carter V which I hope will be my last album. My next album’s not Tha Carter V because I think I have to work on other albums as well with my pop, Birdman, and things like that. But after Tha Carter V, I hope I can retire. [laughs] … [I’ll be able to do] things like spend quality time with my kids.” (“The Jimmy Kimmel Show”)
