Despite the speculation, new reports claim the surgery buzz is bogus.
According to Star magazine, Kim got a “pre wedding” nose job. A source tells the magazine, “Kim had a top secret 4 a.m. nose job a few weeks before her nuptials. She is obsessed with Charlize Theron‘s perfectly snubbed nose and wanted a similar profile.” The article also goes on to say that Kim kept the surgery a secret from Kanye West because he is against plastic surgery due to how his mother died. Kim K unleashed some fury onto her critics courtesy of a Twitter rant over surgery rumors back in February.
“I’m seeing all these nonsense tabloids claiming I have butt implants-injections. Get a life! Using pics of me 15lbs skinnier (before I had my baby) comparing to me now! I still have weight to lose. Anyone who has had a baby knows how hard it is to lose weight(especially the last bit of weight) & your body totally changes!,” Kim wrote February 19. (Kim Kardashian’s Twitter)
She also lashed out at the tabloids for taking personal aim at her over trying to lose weight.

Reality television star Coco Austin previously talked to SOHH about being compared to Nicki Minaj due to their eye-catching backsides and promised hers was natural.
