Reality star Kim Kardashian recently sat down with television mogul Oprah Winfrey and stressed the advantages of having friends, especially current lover Kanye West, a little older than herself.
Swaying away from the young pups, Kim K admitted she is learning from what Yeezy teaches her.
“Even the people I surround myself with, a lot of my friends, the people that I love to just sit and talk to and spend my time with, are wiser, a little bit older than me, where all my boyfriends were younger. I always dated five years younger. My whole thing was completely different, and now I just love that I’m with someone that’s a couple years older than me,” Kim said referring to Yeezy. “I love that my friends are even sometimes 20, 30 years older than me, that I can just sit and enjoy their company and their experiences.” (Oprah’s Next Chapter)

Although they’ve been seen parading about town both in the United States and abroad, kissing in front of paparazzi and basically doing a whole bunch of “relationship-y” things, there has been thus far no official comment from Kanye West or Kim Kardashian about the type of relationship the two share. But Kim may have officially let the cat out of the bag via Twitter, earlier today. After retweeting Kanye West’s May 30th update alerting his followers that the “No Church In The Wild” video had been released, she posted another status update, and wrote, “#NoChurchInTheWild …. Proud girlfriend tweet” [ed note: emphasis ours]. So it seems to be official. Kim Kardashian is Kanye West’s girlfriend. There it is. (Complex)

One month after the Grammy winner professed his love for gal pal Kim Kardashian, 31, on his single “Way Too Cold” (formerly “Theraflu”), he’s singing about her again, a source tells Us Weekly. On an upcoming track by hip-hop artist Pusha T, West, 34, raps, “I saw you in the club in a white dress/Now I want to put you in a white dress.” The lyrics are hardly hot air, says a second source: “Kim and Kanye are 100 percent having conversations about marriage.” (Us Magazine)
