Though initial reaction from the public was positive for “Bound 2,” it took a long time for West himself to comment on the video.
“We didn’t hear anything from Kanye the whole time,” Franco said. “And he’d been doing a lot of press but never talking about it,” Rogen added. However, it turned out West was a fan, eventually asking the duo to recreate the music video for his lavish European wedding last year.
