Reality star Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will have plenty of space for their baby on the way as reports claim they just plopped down $11 million on a California home.
Details of the pricey new living arrangement surfaced online early Tuesday (January 8).

Sources close to K & K tell TMZ … the future parents are now the proud owners of a 10,000-square-foot pad in an über-private, gated community in Bel Air, CA. Kim and Kanye have owned the house for a few weeks … and they’ve already gutted it and are designing a 14,000-square-foot dream home in its place. The new home will be an Italian-style villa … with a gym, movie theater, full hair and makeup salon, bowling alley, basketball court, indoor and outdoor pool … oh and probably a baby nursery. (TMZ)

The house news comes just a day after reports claimed they rejected a $3 million offer for their first baby photos.
The world has only known about the Kimye pregnancy for a week, but that hasn’t stopped the tabloids from clamoring for the couple’s first baby photos when they arrive in June. Sources close to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West tell TMZ that an overseas tabloid has offered to pay $3 million to obtain the photos. And that’s reportedly just one of the offers, with a host of others flooding in, including others that are also worth several million dollars. Kimye’s decision to turn down the multimillion-dollar paycheck comes on the heels of the announcement that their baby will in fact not be a reality TV star — at least not as an infant.
