Recently, GLC talked with SOHH about his guest-appearance on the Moon.

“Cudi and I, we’ve been cool since he came aboard the whole G.O.O.D. Music regime,” GLC added. “He came with a record, it was produced by the Blended Babies, that’s a group of producers out of Chicago and it has Nicole Wray on the hook, featuring Chip Tha Ripper out of Cleveland and me, GLC, out of the windy city streets of Chicago. And the name of the record is called ‘The End,’ and I guarantee when you hear it, you’re gonna be like, ‘D*mn, please don’t ever let this end.'” (SOHH)

Last month, Cudi revealed a few of his album’s guest stars.

“Man, uh, when it comes to features, I kinda just stick to my homies,” Cudi said in an interview. “My peoples, Chip Tha Ripper, GLC [who is] a G.O.O.D. Music affiliate, got my boy Cage over there, and Mary J. Blige on the album. Uh, you know, we got Cee-Lo on the album. It’s just really taking off where we last stopped.” (Spike TV)

Recently, Cudder said that the sophomore LP was originally set to be a collaboration project.

“I wanted this album to be fun, but the dark sh*t was my life at that time [when I made ‘Erase Me.’] I was fighting not to write that sh*t. It got frustrating writing a collab album–I just lost interest, and it became more of a task, rather than something I wanted to do. That’s not how it’s supposed to feel. The day it becomes work, you need to retire…’Erase Me’ was fun as f*ck to make, but it’s just different. It was me f*cking around, just to show people I can do whatever. That’s my main goal now, just to show people no matter what I do, I’m going to make sh*t that’s in good taste. Might not be your cup of tea, but it’s going to be authentic, it’s not going to be forced. When I made [‘Erase Me’], I was like, ‘This beat sounds fresh as h*ll, I want to do some rock sh*t’–and I did it. I came up with that sh*t in 30 minutes. I was feeling it, and then I was like, ‘This sh*t ain’t Cudder, it’s just me f*cking around, let me stop bullsh*tting.” (Complex)

Man on the Moon 2 is scheduled to drop Tuesday, November 9th.
