Kevin Gates Female Victim’s Mom Speaks: “She Was Kicked In The Chest & Passed Out”

The mother of a woman who suffered a physical assault from rapper Kevin Gates during a concert has come forward to speak out.

According to Florida mother Kristy Irelan, her 18-year-old daughter went to a hospital and had a CT scan after the incident last week.

“She told me that she was excited to see him and next thing she knows she was kicked in the chest and she was passed out. … It pisses me off. I don’t care who you are- an NFL player, just a regular person or a rapper- you don’t come to anybody’s home town and kick anybody- she did not deserve that.” (WFLA)

According to reports, the incident went down during a Florida concert this month.

While performing at Florida’s Club Rumors, Kevin Gates took the stage in front of what appears to be a packed house. A fan standing front row is seen touching the leg of the Baton Rouge artist, which enrages him so much he’s seen kicking a fan in the face. (VIBE)

Footage of Gates’ confrontation with some females during a show in Michigan surfaced last March.

Gates — probably as well known for having sex with his cousin as he is for his music — was performing at Z Club in Flint … when a few girls in the front kept grabbing him. In the video, you can see Gates shake off the girls a few times before finally having enough … and going after them. Gates’ security pulled him back from the crowd and the show continued. But a short time later, he mixed it up with another girl on the side of the stage — this time throwing elbows in the fan’s direction. (TMZ)

A few days prior, Gates called out President Obama on social media.
