While K. Dot confirmed the purchase, he admitted the cozy home is not his main residence.

“I popped up and seen that on the Internet too. I’m like, ‘Where they get this stuff?’ It’s real, but it’s not my spot. I really like to buy property whether it’s apartments, whether it’s buildings, whether it’s houses. I like to stay in L.A. I still live in L.A. in a small little apartment condo in L.A. But I like to invest my money in different things rather than buying things for the moment. Something that can last me a lifetime.” (KUBE 93)

Recent reports revealed K. Dot spent over $500,000 for a new four-bedroom home.

According to official records, Lamar recently purchased a modest 4-bedroom home in Eastvale, CA for $523,500, a far cry from his hip hop brethren posted up in multimillion-dollar mansions in L.A.’s ritzy Bel Air neighborhood or Atlanta’s Buckhead. The lot where the house is located is listed at roughly 7,800 square feet, so the house is much smaller — and it’s also located a good hour east of Los Angeles, smack in the pleasantly affordable middle of nowhere (relatively speaking). Earlier this year, reports revealed Lamar’s Aftermath boss Dr. Dre had plans to drop millions on a Los Angeles mansion.

Dr. Dre FELL IN LOVE with Tom Brady’s mega-mansion in L.A. — and put an offer to buy the house almost immediately after it hit the market back in March … TMZ Sports has learned. We broke the story … Tom and Gisele listed the 18,700 sq. ft. Brentwood estate they custom built from the ground up for $50 MILLION after barely spending any time living in the place. We’re told there were “multiple interested parties ready to put offers on the house” … but Dre swooped in with a solid offer first … and T&G decided to sell to the Doc. (TMZ)

In January, reports of rap star Rick Ross getting his hands on a decked-out crib surfaced.

If you were wondering if Rick Ross’ is really ballin’ wonder no more. Big man has just scooped up the house previously owned by Boxing legend Evander Holyfield. The mansion boasts 109 rooms and is an astounding 54,000 square feet. The house also sits on 235 acres that will have to be mowed. For entertainment, there is a bowling alley a movie theater and a stable, just in case Ricky Rozay wants to do some horseback riding. The dining room holds 100 people or 1 Rick Ross and 10 guests. The house was foreclosed on and the amount that Ross paid has not been revealed although Evander owed $14 million when he vacated back in July 2012. (Before Its News)
