Pop star Katy Perry may have Houston rapper Riff Raff sitting on a Top 100 hit after reportedly teaming up with him for a new song. #kissandtell
Although details are still slim, Riff admitted the world will hear a collaborative effort in the future.
Riff Raff spilled the beans to TMZ this week, telling the gossip outlet that “we have a song coming out” after they pestered him about hooking up with the pop princess. The mystery song has yet to be revealed, but since Riff Raff is signed to Diplo’s Mad Decent label and Katy was recently spotted in the studio working on a reggae track with Major Lazer, so can we assume that maybe the two are linked? I guess we’ll find out soon enough. (Pop Dust)

While quick to shoot down the media’s image of him, Riff recently promised his previously delayed Neon Icon LP would live up to his own standards.
“I’m not, like, ‘comedy rapping,'” outlandish hip-hop artist Riff Raff tells Rolling Stone about his forthcoming record, Neon Icon. “I tried to keep on point as much as possible.” Nevertheless, he’s vouching wholeheartedly for the record, even though the track list is still coming together. “This album is my best work,” he says. “It’s got my best tracks.
