Kat Stacks' ex-manager Will Daniels has stepped forward to call out his former client and explain her serious criminal record.
According to Daniels, Stacks could easily find herself being deported on a gun possession violation.
“I don’t know how she hasn’t been busted yet because she’s all over the Internet. She’s still on parole from her gun charge,” Daniels said in an interview. “If she gets caught, she could get deported [to Venezuela] for 10 years…We were booking her on 10-15 events per month and we were working on getting her on the Dr. Phil Show, a reality TV show, and in [magazines]. We wanted to market her as a personality but for her to miss out on money is ridiculous. She’s somebody that just can’t get it together. It’s ridiculous to be like, ‘I’m Kat Stacks and I f*ck all these rappers and expose them,’ where’s that gonna take you? That shows me she’s in the same mind frame she was in when she was prostituting…I feel bad about the whole situation. I would like to help but you can’t help someone who doesn’t want to help themselves.” (VIBE)
Last month, Stacks accused rappers Fabolous and Bow Wow of having associates physically abuse her.

In addition to Fab addressing the rumor, Bow Wow also came forward to say he had no relationship with Stacks.
“Of course I had no involvement with it,” he promised in an interview. “It’s so far fetched for me. Come on, man, everybody knows I make records for girls…I’m not an evil person. I don’t condone violence. That’s just the type of person I am. I just feel like, if anything, positivity is always the way out. So I think that maybe if she humbles herself a lil more and be positive and go about things differently, then hopefully she’ll be alright…but that’s not my style. I don’t put hits on people, I’m in the music business…if I wanted to fight, I’d be in the MMA.” (XXL Mag)
After a criminal record began to circulate earlier this year, Stacks accused Young Money‘s Jae Millz of calling Child Services on her.
“Well that last video, I was pissed off because Jae Millz had called Child Services on me because he’s the only one who knows my real address so I knew it was him. So I got pissed off and I started writing it on Twitter and then my account got suspended so I just called World Star Hip Hop and said I want to make another video and give this motherf*cker’s address out since they was trying to take my child away…I’ve heard they got a price out for my head, I’ve already moved so if anything happens to me they’ll know who to go to first.” (Team Yee)
