Model Karrueche Tran doesn’t have to worry about Chris Brown anymore. New reports claim the actress has landed a permanent restraining order from her former boyfriend.
According to reports, a judge ruled in Karrueche’s favor Thursday (June 15) after weeks of mounted coverage.
Nearly three years after their breakup, a judge granted the 29-year-old actress and model a permanent restraining order against her famous ex Thursday in court, E! News can confirm. While Tran was physically present for the hearing, Brown did not attend, according to a source. The judge did not allow the star to call in. (E! Online)
Last month, Chris Brown’s diehard fans trolled Karrueche’s Instagram over her restraining order court hearing.
A day prior, Brown’s legal muscle Mark Geragos publicly clowned KT and her manager following the legal hearing.
Earlier the same day, reports surfaced about Brown temporarily coming up victorious in Karrueche’s restraining order request.
TMZ broke the story, Karrueche planned to get on the horn with the judge rather than appear in person, because she’s shooting a TV show in New Orleans. She was expected to take the judge through what she claims are a series of death threats and violent encounters at the hands of Chris. The judge wasn’t having it, saying in order to get a permanent restraining order against Brown she had to either appear in person or give 12 days notice before the hearing that she would appear via phone.
