The first change is with Kanye West’s original Good A** Job album title being dropped.

“The album is no longer called “Good A** Job” I’m bouncing a couple of titles around now,” Kanye West revealed via his new Twitter page on Wednesday (July 28). (Kanye West’s Twitter)

Another alteration includes the new release date of Kid Cudi’s Man on the Moon 2 which was originally slated to come out on September 14th.

The “Day ‘N’ Nite” rapper’s sophomore set Man on the Moon 2: The Legend of Mr. Rager is now on the release schedule for October 26, Rap-Up.com has learned. It was previously slated for September 28. The hopes for a G.O.O.D. Music release day were dashed when his label Universal Motown moved the album back from its original September 14 date, the same day Kanye West is scheduled to drop his fifth album. (Rap-Up)

G.O.O.D. Music’s Big Sean recently announced multiple labelmates’ albums set to drop on September 14th including West and Cudi’s new records.

“September 14, 2010 My album Finally Famous x Kanye West album Good A** Job x Kid Cudi album Man on the Moon pt 2 RT #GOODMUSIC,” he wrote earlier this summer. (Big Sean’s Twitter)

Following the announcement, rapper Consequence talked about the date’s significance for G.O.O.D. Music.

“Well…the idea for doing the G.O.O.D Music Day emerged between me and [Universal Motown Records President] Sylvia Rhone, just to be quite honest,” Cons revealed in an interview. “I’m very communicative with Sylvia Rhone on everything that I do. We had actually met with Kanye one night, and as me and her left the meeting, we left together and I was like, ‘Yo, we need to really get this paper right now.’ When we left we thought that this is where we need to take advantage of the situation. So…she got on the phone…made some boss calls, and then we got to it. At the time when [Big] Sean announced that [he was also dropping his album on September 14th] I didn’t know that he was in the mix of that, but it’s all good. But initially, how that sh*t came about was me, Kanye and Kid Cudi. I just hadn’t announced it because I know we had things that had to be ironed out. And it got ironed out where it’s – ‘Cause actually at the end of the day, Kanye being the head of G.O.O.D Music had to approve that. And the approval was based on, ‘Let’s shake the game up.’ Cudi got the kids, Cons got the streets, ‘Ye got the globe, so we all gon’ eat. [Laughs]” (Hip Hop DX)

No further developments have been revealed as of now.
