Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West might be sitting on gold. New reports claim Yeezus has some surprise projects in the works.

According to weekend buzz, Yeezy is keeping his family first while quietly putting together some new music.

“His kids are his number one priority for him and he wants to be a good dad and make his mother proud,” an insider shared with E! News. “He thinks about her every day.” In addition, Kanye is “feeling more on track” as he works on several business opportunities away from the public eye. “Kanye has a few surprise projects coming up that involves music and concerts in the spring and summer,” our source shared. “Plus he is working on his fashion line and some collaborations.” (E! Last month, Ye linked up with G.O.O.D. Music protégé Tyga for their “Feel Me” collaboration.

Over the Kanye and Sound M.O.B.-produced beat, Tyga boasts about stuntin’ to the “highest level,” which includes python, private jets, Bel-Air estates, and his boss chick (“Kylie Jenner thick, you gotta feel me”). He even shouts out his former label (“I need my Cash Money, a milli, a milli, a milli”). (Rap-Up)

Recently, fellow G.O.O.D. Music artist John Legend weighed-on on Kanye’s publicized California hospitalization.

“This is a very difficult life and a difficult business. I don’t want to try to play pop psychologist, so I’m not gonna try to analyze what’s happening with him. I just want him to do whatever he needs to do to feel better and to feel like he’s ready to go again, because music needs him. The world needs him. I think he’s such an important talent. Recent reports revealed Kanye had been recovering from his hospitalization by clocking in ample gym time.

Kanye’s workouts are with celeb trainer Don Brooks — who’s also worked with Kim, Kourtney and Khloe — and they include resistance training with bands, jump rope and some one-on-one bball. Each session can last up to 2 hours … switching between ‘Ye’s home gym and local spots. We’re told Kanye’s been “very present” with Kim and the kids and a big part of that is working out his frustrations in the weight room. (TMZ)
