Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West's name alone is not enough to help land a sale on his Hollywood mansion, leaving the music icon no choice but to drop an original asking price by nearly $1 million.
According to reports, Yeezus has continued to lower the price of his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad since last March.

Kanye has just knocked a cool half-a-mil off the asking price for his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad. He listed it for $3.3 mil back in March. Apparently he thought a house with Kanye attached could fetch more than the comparable prices in the neighborhood — the house should have been listed at around $2.5 mil. Yeezus dropped the price to $3.15 in early June, but still no takers. So he’s just dropped the price again — to $2.8 mil. #richpeopleproblems (TMZ)

Kanye West is secretly selling his Soho bachelor pad — equipped with a bizarre bathtub and statues of children — for $4.5 million. The apartment’s strangest feature is in the master bedroom, outfitted with a slender basin just five feet away from West’s bed. “It’s the height of a normal sink, but it’s a huge, long, granite object, probably about 9 feet long but only a couple of feet wide. At the front is a sink,” said a broker who toured the space yesterday. “It was long and extremely narrow and very artsy-looking. “The apartment is amazing.
