The track originally leaked as a preview before fully being released online yesterday (July 1).

Kanye West continues his furious comeback, this time with a guest turn on Rick Ross’ “Live Fast,” a track from the Miami rapper’s upcoming Teflon Don album. West delivers a super-boastful verse, matching the tone and aggression he rapped with on his most recent number, “Power.” A snippet of the track was first made available on Thursday (July 1) — before the entire song leaked later in the day — through a preview of Ross-go-to-director Spiff TV‘s Teflon Don: The Bossumentary. Following Ross’ verse, West gives his 16 bars speaking on his fast life.

“To all my young ladies to Driving Miss Daisy‘s,” West raps, “Driving me crazy, rock the beat baby/I’m about to ‘err!’, see, heat up the pavement/I don’t give an ‘err!’, baby, he crazy/I’m back by unpopular demand/Least you still poppin’ in Japan/Shoppin’ in Milan, hopping out the van/Screams from the fans, ‘Yeezy, we always knew you’d be on top again!'” (“Live Fast, Die Young”)

In a new documentary, West shares his admiration for Ross.

“I just remember Ross had so many verses,” West said. “When I started hearing the records come out, I always felt a connection, ’cause I felt like we came from similar places and we paid so many dues. We all had ups and downs in our lives and sh–. And now, this is the highest caliber you can get to, you know what it is. And it didn’t happen overnight, it’s 10, 15, 20 years in the making.” (Teflon Don: The Bossumentary)

  1. What does he know? He’s just tryna get a record deal, thats all! Nigga locked up for a decade and tryna voice his opinion. Fall back, nigga!

    • or another NY rapper Lil Wayne is trying to sign. half of ym is from NY. The other half wanted Jadakiss on the team.

    • Ijs I dnt see wayne kissin any ass hlf of todays fans don’t knw chi ali dude name haven’t been mentioned in hiphop since luda name dropped him so wayne has more to lose than gain by signing dude,I remember him from middle school n didn’t see anything special, thought he was dres’ lil brother, only thing I liked bout his music was primo samplin 1 of his joints for a gangstarr single

    • Ny has no identiy just like all of rap, their biggest buzz today is fab new single that was produced by a producer from jersey or louisiana

  2. Bicth nigga thats why he’s fallen. Busta would’ve been fallen too if he didn’t sign with YMCMB. how you can you prositute Flipmode Squad too Cash Money?
Nicki and Drake are bigger than Wayne.

  3. Lmao….just cause a nigga on damn near every record out doesn’t make Weezy the greatest rapper alive…he’s barely above average with his bars…what I will say is this…it’s not what he says but how he says it…his flow is nice, they way he throws his voice around makes him sound like he firing shots but when you get passed that and you really hone in on his actual bars…eehhhhhh!!!!!

    • Birdman buy wayne albums to keep them above drakes drake the only nigga doing numbers over there lol

    • That’s pretty much what he did for “Carter 4” because “Take Care was definitely going to outsell it.

    • Thank you! You are exactly right! Every time I say the truth about YMCMB I get spammed by their die hard fans (Better yet, Groupies) telling me about their sales, but it was already proven fake through the (SoundScan) sales projections and how many units ended up being bought outside the U.S. (66k) compared to other albums that sold way more outside but sold horrible in the U.S. (The R.E.D. album) (162k). Plain and simple! “Carter 4” sucked musically and sales wise (Which is why Birdman bought C4 albums to ensure stability). Otherwise Drake really would have out-shown Lil Wayne in both categories (Music/Sales) in 2011 and everyone knows the laws of power (Pupil never outdoes the Master).

    • Perfect way to put it ….These brainwashed fans dont wanna believe it but it is what it is

    • Yeah but we all know YMCMB is not going to last long. They are a label completely full of gimmicks and not talent or creativity. No one can say a gimmick lasts forever (Look what happened to Auto-Tune). Once their audience grows tired of their gimmicks (Pussy, money, weed, multiple personalities, singing & rapping every time, Auto-Tune) and demands for something else (Like substance & Lyrics in their songs) shit is going to hit the fan and they will fall off harder than MC Hammer because they do not possess the talent and creativity to sustain or maintain longevity in the rap game.
