Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West has embraced his role as the boyfriend to reality star Kim Kardashian and is shown cleaning out the diva's closet in a new teaser to her upcoming "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" episode.
In the video, Yeezy is seen helping Kim step up her wardrobe.
In a new teaser clip for “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” Kanye and his stylist take over Kim’s massive closet, as he outfits her with apparel to his liking and forces Kim to say goodbye to anything that offends his sensitive sensibilities. It’s not that Kim didn’t need a makeover, but it’s problematic to hear her say “I’m literally crying,” as Kanye goes through her clothes deciding what needs to go in the donation pile. The 35-year-old rapper clearly cares what people think of him and his girlfriend. While she’s being fitted by his stylist, Kanye tells her, “I like that top, it’s like ‘Yo, I’m getting on best dressed lists now. I’m stepping all into this territory.'” There’s a odd moment during the fitting session where Kim asks Kanye if her breasts would look better pushed up and he tells her, “No, because I like natural looking. Because I grew up on ’80s magazines… You look amazing.” (Huffington Post)
Mr. West relies on help from his own personal stylist to assist in Kim’s wardrobe raid.
After all, he is an official – if not widely lauded — luxury brand fashion designer who has had at least two runway shows in Paris. He’s friends with Vogue editor Anna Wintour and he himself wears Hermes, Givenchy, and Celine, among top brands. Most importantly, he also has a personal stylist, Renelou Padora, whom he brought along to give Kim’s closet a good cleaning in next weeks episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians. Kanye West and his girlfriend Kim Kardashian are continuing their very public romance. The two were spotted in NYC this weekend after a few weeks of globetrotting. The YBF reports that the lovey dovey pair took in “The Book of Mormon” on Broadway this weekend. Kim then tweeted several photos of her and her boo’s matching gold jewelry. One photo was captioned “His and Hers” showing the pair clinking champagne while the other, “Golden”showed their mutual penchant for big bling. (RapFix)
G.O.O.D. Music’s Common recently gave his thoughts on Ye’s current love life.
“Oh man, they are great — they are a great match,” said Common, one of Kanye’s best pals and musical partners, when asked about the famous romance during the Season 2 premiere of AMC’s Hell On Wheels.
