Kanye West has discussed his interest in going on tour, and why hitting the road with the Young Money roster would prove to be a "must-see" show.

In addition to Young Money, the Roc-A-Fella artist expressed interest in taking Rick Ross and Kid Cudi along for the ride.

“I would definitely like to bring Nicki Minaj on tour, Rick Ross, Kid Cudi… I’d like to do different tours,” ‘Ye told MTV News’ Sway in an interview following yesterday’s Runaway premiere. His big brother Jay-Z and Lil Wayne could also be potential tourmates on his first trek since 2008’s “Glow in the Dark.” “I’d like to do a tour with me and Jay. I think that’s an obvious winner right there,” shared Yeezy. “A tour with me and Wayne, maybe me, Wayne, Jay, and Drake. One thing though that I’mma do, especially with my tour this time, is I’mma keep it very, very, very hip-hop.” (Rap-Up)

Last year, West was slated to share the stage with Lady Gaga on their would-be ”Fame Kills” trek.

Kanye West and Lady Gaga’s tour is over before it began. Just days after announcing dates for an ambitious tour that was to kick off next month, the tour was canceled. Live Nation announced the news on Thursday. The tour promoter says refunds will be issued. (ABC News)

Gaga previously explained the concept behind the ill-fated tour.

Gaga says they will use a new stage that stretches from one side of the arena to the other – “imagine an in-the-round experience, but larger,” Gaga said. While she was typically coy about revealing too many details about the tour, she did say that she and West would “spend a lot of time onstage together.” Gaga also provided a look inside the notion behind the show – and, for fans of the flamboyantly bizarre singer, the high-concept show sounds as though it will be unlikely to disappoint. “The storyline is that Kanye is on one end of the stage and I’m on the other, and the whole show, we are trying to get to where each other is,” she said. “I want something that he has, which is the fame, and he wants something that I have, which is home, and my humble beginnings. So we battle each other throughout the entire performance to steal each other’s spaces.” “So I’m essentially on a quest to killKanye West to steal his fame.” (Canadian Press)

West is currently working on the November 22nd release of his new album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.

Kanye West has given fans some extended (and sometimes unsettling) glimpses inside his psyche lately, from his decadent Dalí-esque video for “Power” to the pristine troupe of ballet dancers who surrounded him during his recent performances on “Saturday Night Live.” So it’s only fitting that the title of his next album should reflect the summation of his alternately playful and twisted soul: the record will be called “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy,” Mr. West wrote Tuesday morning on his Twitter account. Mr. West said the first song on the album would be “Dark Fantasy,” a track produced by RZA and co-produced by No I.D. and Mr. West, and the next single to be released would be a song called “All of the Lights.” (New York Times)
