Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West can take another sigh of relief following reports of reaching a monetary agreement with a teenager he allegedly assaulted last month in defense of fiancée Kim Kardashian.
According to reports, Mr. West no longer has to worry about the Los Angeles prosecutors coming after his neck.
Kanye West will NOT be prosecuted for beating up a guy in the waiting room of a Beverely Hills chiropractor … TMZ has learned. The L.A. County D.A. has REJECTED the case. As for why … the D.A. gave several reasons: — A civil compromise has been reached. TMZ broke the story, Kanye agreed to pay more than $250,000 to the 18-year-old. — The victim was not hurt. The D.A. says “No significant injuries were documented.” — The victim became uncooperative after the civil compromise, and would not speak with prosecutors. The conclusion of the D.A. … “Prosecution is accordingly declined due to Victim unavailability.” (TMZ)

We broke the story … an 18-year-old allegedly called Kim a “n****r lover” on his way into the office of a Beverly Hills chiropractor. Minutes later, Kim and Kanye stormed in — Kim ID the kid — and her baby daddy went nuts. The eyewitness tells TMZ … the 18-year-old was sitting in a chair as Kanye made a beeline for him and, without saying a word, started slugging him in the face. The kid was covering his face but Kanye was unrelenting. Kim just stood there and silently watched the beating. (TMZ)
