Grammy-winning singers John Legend and T-Pain have been chosen to perform at the Super Bowl’s pre-game show this weekend.
The R&B duo will perform together on-stage.
John Legend will help kick off the Super Bowl festivities in Tampa Bay, Florida. Joining him onstage will be hip-hop artist T-Pain, who will take part in a rendition of “Green Light,” Legend’s current chart-topping single. American rock sensation Journey will also appear as part of the pregame show held adjacent to Tampa Bay’s Raymond James Stadium on Sunday, February 1. (KGET News)
Legend was also involved in last year’s event.
This marks Legend’s second Super Bowl appearance. Legend performed as part of a Salute to Motown during the Super Bowl XL pregame show in Detroit. More than 148 million viewers in the U.S. watched last year’s Super Bowl, the most-watched television program in history.
