Joey Bada$$ & Lupe Fiasco Land In Top 10 W/ First-Week Sales

New York rapper Joey Bada$$ and veteran Lupe Fiasco's latest solo albums have both landed in the Top 10 after strong first-week sales.

Based on sales numbers from Hits Daily Double, Joey’s B4.DA.$$ secured a Top 5 spot.

Despite the notion of success being measured by sales, Joey recently said the fan support outweighed how many units he sells.

“At the end of the day to me, what confirms it in my heart is the people. And right now I’m seeing nothing but genuine love. I just sold a couple on the street myself. That feels good to say, like word up, I could sell my music and people would be happy to buy it.” (HNHH)

Based on initial projections, Joey’s B4.DA.$$ was expected to land in the Top 10 this week.
