Slaughterhouse’s Joe Budden has come forward with a critical review of fellow hip-hop artist Drake’s new Views album release.
In Joey’s perspective, Drake did not bring anything new to the table with his long-awaited album release.
“I think that that kid on that album that I heard sounds real f*cking uninspired. That’s what I think! I think that music is real good! You can’t fool a real n*gga! You can fool them! You can fool the people that are not paying attention. That music sounds good and I enjoy it. I played that album all the way to DC and all the way back. Multiple times. 40. You sound amazing! 40 continues to progress, Drake, you do not. I said the other day on this podcast I miss the Drake that starts the waves, not hops on other waves. And I’ll say it again. I miss Drake that pushes the f*cking agenda. Not let the agenda push him.” (INTPL)

Cash Money boss Birdman boasted about Drizzy’s new studio release this week.
“I think Drake got the album of the year. In 3 hours, he did like 400,000,” Baby said. “He’s something special. Hip-hop has to keep going. We need this.” (Hot 97)
This week, Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Kevin Durant reacted to Drake name-dropping him on Views‘ “Weston Road Flows.”
“It’s a good, nice song. Much more than my name drop but it’s a good song,” Durant said during a media interview. “It kind of surprised me. When your favorite rapper puts your name in a song, it makes you feel like you made it.”
