[With a highly-anticipated Some Love Lost EP on the verge of dropping, Slaughterhouse's Joe Budden talks to SOHH readers about his recent string of love-inspired conceptual releases.]
To be honest with you, [love] is kind of the turn my life has taken in growing older and maturing.
“Ordinary Love Sh*t” part one and part two, those were just documentations of the things that I was experiencing in my relationship at the time and, as it turned out, other people were able to relate to a lot of the things spoken about in those two records.
And then I kind of just continued that. It’s not something that I meant to do. Like with anything else, my music, I have to be living it, I have to experience it. I have to really feel it so I can be able to try to get the listener to feel it the same way which is a talent within itself.
But anybody that knows me knows I’m an advocate of love. I believe in love. I’m a loving person. That’s not far-fetched at all.

Song is not that bad. Homegirl on the left is badder.
Getting Some Love Lost EP on Nov 4th. But how do I get my hands on these other songs especially the ones with Ramson.
They are on his Soundcloud
