Joe Budden & DJ D-Nice Scoop Gucci Mane’s Ice Cream Face Tat, “Brrranded!”

Slaughterhouse’s Joe Budden and DJ D-Nice have shared their reactions to Southern rapper Gucci Mane‘s decision to permanently ink an ice cream cone on his cheek.

Budden posted a picture of Gucci’s tattoo and sarcastically labeled the achievement an important day in hip-hop.

“Lets not 4get that 2day marked the beginning of something HISTORIC in hiphop, u all are witnesses http://yfrog.com/gy9ykuqj,” Budden tweeted Thursday (January 13). (Joe Budden’s Twitter)

D-Nice took a bit more direct approach with his comments.

“Not only did Gucci Mane tattoo an ice cream cone w/ 3 scoops, he topped it off w/ lightening bolts. HAAA! http://twitpic.com/3pkdh7,” D-Nice tweeted Thursday (January 13).

“I just can’t get over dude tattooing a technicolor ice cream cone on his face. #Brrranded”

“If it’s good enough for Gucci Mane, it’s good enough for me. http://twitpic.com/3pknc9.” (DJ D-Nice’s Twitter)

Photos of the rapper’s new look landed online Wednesday evening.

SO ICEY! Gucci Mane hopped up out of rehab/mental facility a couple days ago. And he may need to demand a refund. Dude visited Tenth Street Tattoo in Atlanta today. And got this brand new little nugget of classiness–a big *ss ice cream cone complete with color, 3 scoops and the word “Brrr”–covering his whole right facial cheek. Wow. Tattoo artist and owner of the shop, Shane Willoughby, is the artist behind Gucci’s newest tattoo addition. And the master piercer in the shop–Jason Murray–tweeted the pics. (The YBF)

Aside from facial work, Gucci representatives denied recent reports yesterday claiming the rapper had checked into a mental facility last week.

Multiple websites are reporting rapper Gucci Mane has been committed to a mental facility, but RumorFix has learned exclusively that the rapper never checked himself in. Gucci’s publicist, Kali Bowyer, says, “Hell no! He’s not in a mental facility. He’s in the studio with Waka Flocka [Flame].” Debra Antney, who manages the rapper, also tells RumorFix, “Gucci was never in a mental facility.” Gucci’s team tells us besides working with Waka, he’s getting ready to shoot a music video with Kelly Rowland.
