MySpace is known for working with big artists prior to their album releases including Kanye West and Beyonce.

“I am happy that my fans will get to listen to my new album first at MySpace,” Beyonce said in a statement last fall. “I have put my heart and soul into I Am…Sasha Fierce and cannot wait to hear the feedback from fans.” (Press Release)

Jones recently spoke on his upcoming album hinting at a few guest appearances he will feature.

“Shout-outs to Ryan Leslie,” Jones said in an interview with Jenny Boom Boom. “He got a joint on there. Shout-out to Ludacris. Shout-outs to the whole Dipset. Regular stuff, we ain’t change it up too much.” (Jenny Boom Boom)

The Byrd Gang leader also talked with SOHH about late rapper Stack Bundles, who is also featured on the project, and his presence in hip-hop.

“[He was] a very dear friend of mine, more like a brother from another mother,” Jones said. “More talented than most people that I’ve ever met in my life. Brilliant, handsome, charming, hustler, stood on his own two. He reminded me a lot of myself when I was coming up.” (SOHH)
